Shipping, delivery and returns
Orders leave Parramatta in 1 to 3 business days and are estimated to arrive in 7 to 14 business days, with tracking. If a parcel arrives thawed or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs for a replacement or refund. Our shipping and refund policies hold the detail.
